You'll learn the step-by-step process to activate and customize the pre-loader using the built-in options in the Docy theme settings—no coding required.

How to Enable Preloader in the Docy Theme

Follow the steps below to enable the preloader feature in the Docy WordPress theme:

  1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard
Go to your website’s admin panel.
  2. Navigate to Docy Theme Settings
From the left sidebar, hover over or click on “Docy”, then select “Theme Settings”.
  3. Go to General Settings
Inside the Theme Settings panel, click on the “General Settings” tab.
  4. Find the Preloader Option
Scroll down to locate the “Preloader” setting.
  5. Enable the Preloader
Toggle or click the “Enable” option to turn on the preloader.
  6. Save Changes
Don’t forget to click the “Save” button to apply the changes.

Once enabled, a preloader animation will appear when your website pages are loading.
You can also customize your preloader logo, title, and color. You have full control over the customization of your preloader. Tailor it to match your brand identity by uploading your logo, setting a custom title, and choosing the perfect color scheme.

To further enrich the loading experience, you can also enable random quotes to appear beneath the preloader title. These quotes are displayed dynamically, providing fresh content each page loads. You can customize the text color of these quotes, ensuring they harmonize with your site’s overall design.
